Never expected to be saying this but I now have a column!
I have been given free rein to write a biweekly column in Muscat Daily [a local paper in Oman]. The column is called ‘Rachel Chew Explores’, so far I have written about a food festival, sulphur pools, ruins and wakeboarding.
I am really enjoying sharing my voice on another platform and it’s also made great content for the radio station as Robin and Jonny [from the morning show on Hi FM] have been ripping me to shreds over my columns.
With rumours of another lockdown due to Covid-19 let’s hope I have enough to explore without writing about puzzles, YouTube workouts and the view from my apartment window.
